This is a field-based role. You will work outdoors and may travel within your assigned area. The job can involve working in the sun, rain, and different weather conditions to install, maintain, and support broadband services. If you enjoy practical, hands-on work and solving real-world problems, this role is for you.

The main qualification is your willingness to climb poles. Formal studies matter less — if you are comfortable working at height on electric/telecom poles and ladders, you already qualify. We train everything else.
